We are always open to unique and engaging people joining our team. If you are interested in collaborating and exchanging value with us, we have an application and interview process to help share your energy and experience. To apply, please submit a video answering our provided questions. Advanced equipment or editing is not required for the video and simple phone recordings are acceptable (and preferred). Please make sure the video is compatible with both mobile and desktop devices. When sending your video it is helpful to include your name, location, current commitments (school, sports, other jobs, home responsibilities, etc.) and your general availability.

Each application is reviewed by our team and selected applicants will be invited to interview with us. The interview will include questions and hands-on activities to help determine qualified candidates. If selected, applicants will be asked to participate in a job shadowing experience. This job shadowing experience allows every applicant to engage with our team and be exposed to daily tasks that will be part of their responsibilities as a Reclamation team member.
