Applying To Work at Rec·la·ma·tion
We are in search of savvy and interesting people who through communication and collaboration are able to help us grow the Rec·la·ma·tion brand. With that in mind, we have created a unique application and interview process to help our applicants really show their originality, personality, and experience. Our two-step application process includes completing the application form and submitting a video answering the application questions. Forms and videos can be emailed to [email protected]. Advanced equipment or editing is not required for the video and simple phone video recordings are acceptable. Please make sure the video is compatible with both mobile and desktop devices.
Each application is reviewed by the Rec·la·ma·tion team and selected applicants will be invited to interview with us. The interview will include questions and hands-on activities to help determine qualified candidates. If selected, applicants will be asked to participate in a 3-hour job shadowing experience. This job shadowing experience allows every applicant to engage with multiple members of our team and be exposed to daily tasks that will be part of their responsibilities as a Rec·la·ma·tion team member.
